You want it to be safe, easy, and well-organized, so you choose an agency that facilitates everything. But how do you make the right choice? What should you look out for when choosing an agency, how do you present yourself properly, and where do you draw the line at this stage of applying as an escort? Unfortunately, you can have a bad experience in the escort industry, even in areas where you might not expect it; in practice, a licensed agency is not necessarily a pleasant or professional party, even if an agency calls itself 'high class'. On top of that, you probably want to choose something that suits you. Here are a number of practical tips for escort work.

You are probably looking online and reading what you can find about high-class escort work in the media. You take a quick look at what appeals to you in terms of look, feel, and tone of voice. However, do not let that be the deciding factor just yet. Not only because people think it will help them rank high in Google, but also because they like the tone of voice and believe it will help them recruit ladies, given how much Upclass has grown in recent years. But does the tone of voice regarding the casting section truly fit the agency and the combination of the website, media coverage, and the contact you have, or is it just a nice story to reel you in?
In short: look at the whole picture and try to assess whether this is a top-tier party; you'd rather won't settle for less!

What do you have to do to apply, and what do you think of that? Is the lead-up to an application professional; for example, is there an office registered in the company's name, or do you have to meet in a hotel or at a home address? Is an agency desperate to hire women? If the screening is strict, that might be off-putting at first because you think you have little chance of being hired, but should you take a party seriously if you can easily get started, especially if they claim to operate in the top segment...?
In short: take a close look at the steps leading up to a job interview and everything surrounding it.

Is the owner male or female? What is the owner's own style? Take a look at that person; do they actually know how to dress well and possess a certain charm, or can you hardly take their advice seriously? How do you feel around them? Do you get the chills but justify it to yourself because, for example, it is a large firm, or do you immediately have a good feeling about it and feel energized to get started and collaborate with that person?
Does the owner run the agency full-time or does this work on the side? Does the person run it entirely by themselves, together with others, or with hired staff (consider your details potentially becoming known to more people than just the person across from you)? Is it a firm that has already made a name for itself among clients and ladies, or is it just another 'I'm starting an escort agency too' business? What is expected of you and how strict are the rules? A company where you are treated extremely strict is not good, but loose reins without rules are also not a good sign regarding the professionalism of the company. What kind of agreements do you have to adhere to; can you imagine this coming from the company's management, or are they simply nasty rules?
In short: look closely at a combination of your gut feeling about the person (subjective) on the one hand, and the professionalism of him/her and the company (objective) on the other.

So do not think that you have to play an escort like some kind of actress during an interview; I want to see who you really are. And then I will assess whether you are starting this with the right motivation and whether I think you fit the Upclass picture and can help with that if you wish.
The first impression is important; fill out the casting form without spelling errors and ensure that all subsequent correspondence is flawless (which is also a great opportunity to notice how professionally the agency communicates with you via email). That first impression counts even more when you walk in; generally speaking, within a few seconds, another person gets a sense of whether they like someone or not, and whether they make an impression or not; this will be the case with a client as well, and therefore also during a job interview.
Make sure you show your best side in the first few seconds, but above all, be yourself. Be honest, too; do you have short-term intentions to make quick money, do you genuinely find this work exciting, enjoyable, and fun, or is it all just a bit half-hearted? If you are honest, the person on the other side of the table can judge for themselves whether they want to enter into the collaboration. Neither of you benefits from investing time in something you already know beforehand isn't going to turn out great.
In short: show not someone else, but your best 'self' from the very first moment of contact, and be honest about your intentions, experience, and feelings.
